Abu Saleh Muhammad Saifullah

Abu Saleh Muhammad Saifullah is a result-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in planning, managing, and coordinating large-scale development projects. Currently serving as the director and chief operations officer (COO) at TRACE Consulting Limited, he provides strategic leadership in project implementation and operational management for diverse development initiatives. 

Mr. Saifullah is a specialist in project management and coordination, with a proven track record of overseeing complex implementations such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and automated reporting workflows. His expertise has been instrumental in modernizing government agencies, including successful automation projects for the Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA), BSTI, and the Department of Fisheries (DoF). 

Prior to his leadership at TRACE, he served as the technical advisor for lab improvement for the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Bangladesh Trade Facilitation Project. In this capacity, he led technical teams to simplify and automate complex processes while managing high-level collaborations with different government agencies and other international stakeholders.

Mr. Saifullah holds both a BSS (Hons) and an MSS in sociology from the University of Dhaka, along with an MBA from Northern University Bangladesh. His academic background is complemented by multilingual proficiency, with native fluency in Bengali, professional working proficiency in English, and a basic understanding of French. Professionally, Mr. Saifullah has received specialized training in project management, activity planning, and result chain development. 

He is also an IRCA-certified internal auditor for FSSC 22000, reflecting his commitment to quality standards and structured management practices.
