Key Outcomes
- QMS Implementation: Developed an ISO/IEC 17025:2017-compliant Quality Management System (quality manual, SOPs, and formats) tailored for food and feed testing.
- Method Validation & MU: Established protocols for method verification, validation, and Measurement Uncertainty (MU) evaluation for chemical and biological parameters.
- Quality Assurance (PT/ILC): Coordinated metrological traceability, identifying the PT requirements, and providing guidance on interlaboratory comparison/proficiency testing program selection and participation.
- Personnel & Equipment Control: Implemented strict calibration schedules, preventive maintenance plans, and structured competency matrices for analyst authorization.
- Risk management: Executed comprehensive robust risk management through risk assessment, scoring, hands-on practice addressing risk, and a corrective action framework to proactively resolve non-conformities.
- Training Needs Assessment & Implementation: Executed comprehensive Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and delivered targeted technical capacity-building programs to ensure staff competency across QMS operations and specialized testing methods.
- Accreditation Assessment Readiness: Executed baseline gap analyses and internal audits and provided end-to-end audit preparation for the Bangladesh Accreditation Board (BAB) assessment.
