TRACE brings together experts who have successfully led some of Bangladesh's most significant trade facilitation, regulatory modernization, and digital government initiatives. Collectively, our experts have:
 

1. Led more than 30 national policy and regulatory reforms for various Government of Bangladesh agencies. 
2. Designed and deployed 14 government digital platforms supporting the issuance of more than one million certificates, licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals annually. 
3. Established 7 specialized trade facilitation and risk management units across government institutions. 
4. Strengthened 10 trade-related laboratories, including support for the establishment of Bangladesh's National Halal Laboratory, laboratory modernization, accreditation, and automation. 
5. Implemented more than 10 SPS and trade compliance initiatives, including automated traceability systems, e-certification, e-health certification, national residue control plans, and good production practices. 
6. Worked with more than 50 public and private sector institutions, including the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock of Bangladesh, NBR (Bangladesh Customs), Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution, Bangladesh Food Safety Authority, Department of Agricultural Extension, Department of Livestock Services, Department of Fisheries, FBCCI, the country's apex trade body, other business associations, SPS and standards agencies, trade-related laboratories, and international development partners.
