Bangladesh’s first-of-its-kind tariff and trade intelligence platform, developed by TRACE, transforms complex and fragmented trade rules into actionable intelligence. Bringing tariff, duty, tax, regulatory requirements, legal references, trade benefits, and indicative duty calculations into a single digital platform, it enables traders, customs agents, businesses, and researchers to quickly understand what applies to a product by HS code. By turning scattered trade information into a clear, accessible resource, the platform reduces uncertainty and supports more transparent, predictable, and efficient cross-border trade in Bangladesh.

The National Export Intelligence Hub is envisioned as a digital decision-support platform to help the Ministry of Commerce develop and monitor an operational, time-bound, and target-oriented National Export Policy and support evidence-based trade negotiations. By transforming dispersed trade data into actionable intelligence, the Hub will identify priority products and markets, track export targets and policy implementation, assess potential countries for Preferential Trade Agreements (PTAs), and provide market-access and compliance intelligence to exporters and business associations, supporting export diversification, competitiveness, and evidence-based trade policy.
