Tahsina Shiva

Tahsina Shiva is an IT project manager with a strong background in business analysis, technical documentation, and data-driven solution development. She has hands-on experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects for government agencies, where she played a key role in aligning stakeholder requirements with technical execution.

During her tenure as an Information Technology Coordinator in the USDA-funded Bangladesh Trade Facilitation (BTF) Project under Land O’Lakes Venture 37, Tahsina was deeply involved in coordinating and supporting the delivery of multiple government-focused digital systems. Her role also included conducting research and analysis to support system improvements and strategic planning, making her a key contributor to project success.

Across her career, Tahsina has contributed to the development of several impactful platforms, including the Online Health Certificate Issuance System and Lab Information Repository for the Bangladesh Food Safety Authority, the Trade Portal for the Department of Livestock, the Import Export Hub for Bangladesh Customs (NBR), and systems for BSTI and the Department of Agricultural Extension. These projects reflect her capability to manage complex requirements and deliver scalable digital solutions.

Her core expertise lies in IT project management, business analysis and requirement engineering, technical documentation, and stakeholder coordination. She is also skilled in data analysis and visualization using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Excel, enabling her to support data-informed decision-making.
